Five Rivers Retreat
Five Rivers Retreat is based 7km north of Lumsden and offers accommodation on a working farm in the heart of Northern Southland. It’s an ideal base for trout fishing with the Acton Stream and Oreti River nearby, and we are conveniently located across the road of the Around the Mountains Cycle Trail access.
Our home has a separate guest entrance to two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and ensuites. A garden sleepout with a queen bed is also available. At Five Rivers Retreat, we provide bed linen, towels, hand soap, body wash and a continental breakfast for you to enjoy at your leisure.
Guests will have use of “The Shop”, a generously sized rustic space situated across the garden from the house with a large, covered balcony, TV lounge, bathroom, kitchen and laundry facilities and there is plenty of space to store bikes and fishing rods.
