Mossburn Country Park
Welcome to Mossburn Country Park, a privately owned holiday park run by Colleen and Stuart and their much-loved Labrador, Andrew. Enjoy a relaxed and quiet 28-acre farm setting complete with hand-reared farm animals for all guests to enjoy. Located 3.3km from Mossburn (cycle trail entrance) on SH 97, this is the perfect stopover point, approximately halfway between Queenstown and Te Anau. It’s an ideal angler base central to many fishing rivers and lakes.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cutlery and dinnerware, hot plates, a boiling tap, plenty of power points to charge devices, a large microwave and a benchtop oven. There are 12 hot showers and 12 clean toilets, a laundry, linen hire for cabins, WIFI and a dump station (for guests only). Also available are two small communal lounge cabins to escape the weather, read a magazine or use your devices whilst plugged into the numerous USB ports.
The powered and non-powered sites are large, flat and easy to access for large and small vehicles and tents. Also available are seven clean, comfortable cabins. Ranging from a double room for a couple to a large cabin that sleeps up to 6.
Pets are most welcome, with a dedicated paddock for dogs to run in without the need for a lead.
