  • Dome Café

    Dome Cafe offers great food, lovely coffee and friendly staff. A small family run cafe, with all food made onsite. We can cater for individual dietary requirements and packed lunches.

  • Real Journeys TSS Earnslaw

    At Real Journeys we offer a variety of experiences in some of the most beautiful places on earth. Our Queenstown experiences, the iconic TSS Earnslaw and Walter Peak High Country Station, play a much-loved part of the town’s history. On your journey along the Around the Mountains Cycle Trail you’ll have the opportunity to discover what makes them so special. To enhance your journey, you have the option of upgrading your cruise on the TSS Earnslaw to include a range of experiences available at Walter Peak High Country Station:

  • Mossburn Railway Hotel

    We are a historic hotel, built in 1922, in the heart of Southland. Our hotel dates back to 1886 and has a colourful history as a local pub. Located on the main road between Queenstown and Te Anau, we offer a formal dining area, a friendly bar and a lovely garden bar.

  • Four Square Lumsden

    Our country Four Square Supermarket offers a wide variety of food, beer & wine, fresh produce, fresh meat. Also including in store from our registered kitchen, daily made fresh sandwiches, hot pies and cooked chicken with a variety of food to go meals. We also cater for lunches on the go – just phone through your order. Open 7 days a week

  • Route 6 Café

    In the heart of Lumsden, you will find our modern 1950's themed Americana Cafe ... with a kiwiana touch! We have become world-renowned for our great burgers, our locally roasted coffee and our extensive gluten-free offering. Whether you are after a staple Southland Cheeseroll, some Stewart Island blue cod or a famous burger, we are sure to impress!

  • Kingston Flyer Café and Bar

    Situated in the historic Kingston Railway Station on the shores of Lake Wakatipu, the Kingston Flyer Café & Bar is a wonderful place to unwind and relax after your journey around the mountains.   • The Coffee Bomb

    The Coffee Bomb in Garston is New Zealand's most inland food truck, serving the finest coffee, freshly roasted in Southland, and an array of fresh sandwiches, slices and cakes. A great little spot to stop on your Southland travels.

  • The Brown Trout Café

    The Brown Trout offers a range of delicious homemade food. Eat-in or takeaway. Pies sandwiches, scones, muffins, served with a great locally roasted ROAR coffee or a refreshing non-alcoholic or alcoholic drink.

  • Bracken Hall

    Bracken Hall is a cafe and gift shop situated on the main street of Mossburn. It is a popular stop over for travellers between Queenstown and Te Anau and also cyclists on the Around The Mountains Cycle Trail. We are open seven days from 8.30am to 5.30pm during the summer months of October to April, and from 9am to 5pm during winter. Our menu includes breakfast, lunch and morning and afternoon tea. We also have a gluten-free or vegetarian option available. Takeaway lunches or snacks are available by arrangment. We provide home-made tasty food including our famous venison pies, all served by our friendly staff.
